Dog left to die of hunger and thirst: six-month prison sentence handed down in Tulle

Last Tuesday, the Tulle criminal court sentenced a man in his forties to six months in prison. He is also banned for life from keeping an animal. The man was tried in his absence for abandoning his dog in his flat. Left without water or food, the animal died.
