Gunfire in Tujac: Attempted Murder Investigation Opened in Brive

Several gunshots were heard on Friday night near a drug-dealing spot in the Tujac district of Brive-la-Gaillarde, leaving one person wounded in the legs. The Brive public prosecutor's office has opened an attempted murder investigation, handed over to the Limoges criminal investigation unit. Several people linked to drug trafficking have since been arrested and taken into custody. According to La Montagne, some accepted a guilty-plea procedure while others were due to appear in immediate trial or before the prosecutor yesterday.
