In Allassac, Eating Well Becomes a Guilt-Free Pleasure

On Saturday 17 October 2026, from 10am to 6pm, Allassac's salle culturelle hosts the "Mieux manger pour préserver sa santé" (Eat better to protect your health) fair, organised by the MSA Vézère Auvezère committee. The programme includes a market of local farmers and food artisans, cooking demonstrations with tastings, a food truck serving homemade burgers made from local produce and a smoothie bike to blend your own drink. A nutrition and health prevention area offers advice from a dietician, while a sophrologist and a herbalist run gentle medicine and well-being workshops. Admission is free.
