About this event
Until Friday 18 December, the Salle de la Machine at the former paper mill in Uzerche hosts the exhibition "Archéologie du paysage en Limousin". Explanatory panels, objects from Antiquity and the Middle Ages, coins, a herbarium and a scale model show how human activity gradually reshaped the Limousin landscape. Drawers devoted to geology and digital tools round out this journey between history, nature and archaeology. Open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 10am to noon and 2pm to 5pm; visitors are strongly advised to call the team before travelling.
