Listening to the stags' roar at Les Eyzies

The Dordogne hunting federation (FDC24) is running a deer-rutting evening on Wednesday 23 September at Les Eyzies. Led by its technicians and wildlife guides, the outing takes participants into the forest to hear and perhaps glimpse stags during the rut. It is also a chance to learn about the animal's behaviour, its way of life and the issues surrounding the management of the species.
