Babx sets Pierre Bergounioux's "L'Empreinte" to music in Tulle

About this event

On Tuesday 17 November at 8pm, the Théâtre de l'Empreinte in Tulle presents a musical reading of "L'Empreinte", the autobiographical narrative by Corrèze-born writer Pierre Bergounioux, published in 1997. The text explores the landscapes, memories and Limousin roots of its author, and it is this very book that gave the Scène nationale its name. Musician and singer Babx sets Bergounioux's words to music, weaving together poetry, memory and a portrait of the region. A meeting of literature and musical creation to rediscover the Limousin through the eyes of a writer deeply attached to his origins.
