On Sunday 1 November, the Place du Champ-de-Foire in Vigeois hosts the Fête de la pomme et du boudin (Apple and Black Pudding Festival), a day devoted to autumn flavours and local traditions. From the morning, visitors can watch black pudding being made and buy it on the spot. Apples are also in the spotlight, with a giant tart being prepared and apple juice being made.
