Treasure Hunt on the Trail of Geoffroy Tête Noire at Ventadour Castle

About this event

On Thursday 22 October at 3pm, Ventadour Castle in Moustier-Ventadour becomes an adventure playground with the treasure hunt "In Search of the Treasure of Ventadour Castle". Legend has it that the mercenary captain Geoffroy Tête Noire hid his loot somewhere in this medieval stronghold, and it is up to young investigators aged 8 to 12 to track it down. The activity is run by the Pays d'art et d'histoire des Hautes Terres Corréziennes et de Ventadour, a playful way to explore the site and its history among mysteries and ancient stones. Admission is 3 euros per child and 5 euros per adult, free for one accompanying adult; booking is compulsory on 05 55 93 04 34.
