About this event
On Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24, celebrate the traditional transhumance of Salers cows at the Estive Festival in Allanche. On the agenda: Auvergne folklore, gourmet tastings, and the discovery of ancestral know-how in a spirit of sharing. On Sunday, the public will even be able to accompany the herds during their majestic free ascent to the high-altitude pastures.
