On Sunday 18 October 2026, from 9.30am to midday, Ussel hosts "L'Usselloise", a charity walk organised by the Ussel branch of the Corrèze committee of the Ligue contre le cancer. Open to all, it offers a choice of two routes, 5 or 10 kilometres, with departures from 9am. This edition also features the second Company Challenge, inviting teams to come together around a solidarity event.
