Wild plants to taste at the Tours de Merle

On Sunday 25 October 2026, from 10.30am to 1.30pm, the Tours de Merle offer a gourmet walk to discover edible wild plants. For three hours, participants explore the unspoilt nature surrounding the medieval site in search of forgotten flavours, guided by an enthusiastic expert. Identifying species, picking them safely and using them in the kitchen throughout the seasons are all on the programme, along with anecdotes and medieval secrets. The outing ends with a tasting of dishes prepared from wild plants.
