"Rester dans la course": Turning Forty Laid Bare in Brive

On Sunday 25 October at 4pm, the Brive cultural centre presents "Rester dans la course" by the company La Sœur de Shakespeare. On stage, a woman in her forties speaks frankly about how hard it is to keep up with everyday social pressures. Between nudity and self-mockery, this autofiction questions self-representation and brings in other figures facing the same demands, with the sheer difficulty of being alive running underneath. Suitable for audiences from age 10, with pay-what-you-can admission.
