Saillac Celebrates the Walnut for Its 17th Festival

The village of Saillac devotes a full day to the walnut, the emblematic fruit of the Corrèze countryside, for the 17th edition of its Walnut Festival. From 8.30am, a gourmet market opens the day, followed by street entertainment, a cultural area and a flea market. Visitors can discover local produce and the traditional skills that have made the village's reputation. A country fair where village life revolves, for one Sunday, around the walnut.
