Brive's fat fair season opens on Saturday 21 November 2026 in the Georges-Brassens hall, with around thirty producers selling ducks, geese, foie gras, capons and truffles. Next comes the prize fair for geese and ducks on Saturday 5 December 2026, followed by the capon competition on Saturday 19 December. The Foire des Rois, with free canning and a truffle competition, is set for Saturday 9 January 2027. The season continues on Saturday 6 February 2027 with another prize fair for geese and ducks, before the closing fair on Saturday 6 March 2027; information on 05 55 18 16 50.
