About this event
On Friday 4 and Saturday 5 December, the Telethon celebrates its 40th edition all over France, Corrèze included. Singer Patrick Fiori is the patron of these two days of mobilisation organised by AFM-Téléthon and broadcast on France Télévisions, in support of research into rare diseases. Some 260,000 volunteers, 59,000 local associations and 13,000 towns are expected to run events, challenges and local initiatives. Forty years after it began, the Telethon keeps pushing research forward and developing new treatments.
