Valiergues: The Windmill Turns and the Apples Flow

On Sunday 20 September, from 10am to 4pm, the Valiergues village festival committee opens the doors of the local windmill free of charge. Guided and commented tours will explain how this restored piece of local heritage works. An apple juice pressing demonstration will punctuate the day, with bottles on sale. The stop comes at just the right moment for participants in the Rando de la Loutre, held the same day in the village. Admission is free.
