On Saturday 28 November from 2pm to 9pm and Sunday 29 November from 10am to 5pm, the salle polyvalente in Ussel hosts the 23rd Salon du Vin et de la Bouche, organised by the association Les Pelauds.org. Over two days, winemakers and local producers present their wines and specialities. Visitors can discover different terroirs, talk directly with the producers and find ideas for holiday meals and gifts. The fair showcases local produce and the skills of wine and food professionals.
