Corrèze's Valentin Prudon becomes national vice-president of UMIH
Valentin Prudon heads UMIH Creuse-Corrèze, the French hospitality industry union. He has just been elected national vice-president of UMIH. He was on the list led by Franck Chaumès, who takes over from Michelin-starred chef Thierry Marx as head of the organisation. His election gives Corrèze a stronger voice in the national hotel and restaurant sector.
