Sarlat puts Périgord Noir cuisine on the plate

The Journées du Goût et de la Gastronomie take place in Sarlat on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September. As every fourth weekend of September, local producers and entertainment showcase Périgord Noir specialities: grilled lamb, homemade merguez, duck dishes, enchaud périgourdin, sarladaise potatoes, mushroom pans, walnut cakes and honey from local beekeepers.
